Why can stop smoking build up our health?

  1. 12-hours after u stop smoking, the carbon monoxide content which is dangerous in your blood will decrease directly to the normal rate;
  2. 2-3 weeks after stop smoking, heart and liver will work better;
  3. 1-9 months after stop smoking, any complaints such as cough, fatigue, and breath shortly will lose suddenly;
  4. 1 year after stop smoking, risk of heartache will decrease significantly...

So wht are u waiting for???
Life is a choice....u wanna be healthy or not?
Dont burn your money and hurt yourself only for a cigarette which kills u gradually!!!!
